Accommodation rates have been negotiated with the conference venue - The Pullman Hotel. Please book your accommodation via the online registration process. You must enter a valid credit card to secure your booking during that process. This card will not be charged. You need to pay the hotel direct when you depart. Delegates are responsible for covering all costs related to their accommodation.

All cancellations must be received in writing.
Any cancellations notified between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equal to one night’s accommodation.
Any cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the accommodation booked.
No Shows – if a guest fails to arrive on the due date the hotel will charge the full cost of the accommodation booked.
Arrival Time and Late Arrivals Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check in time please book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released.
Sharing Accommodation Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share as part of the registration process. Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
